Office 2003 Install Error

Getting the following error after I uninstalled the Office
2k. Then, I performed a fresh install of the Office 2003.
Everytime I log in or any other user, this happens. My OS
is Win2k with all SP updated.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
