Hi,
i'm in the process of rolling out Office 2003 across a domain.
I've created an MST with a few settings in including the removal of all
previous versions of office.
I advertised the software through group policy and logged in to a test
machine to install the software.
Office 2003 installs fine but does not remove the old versions, this is very
frustrating and i've no idea why it's not working.
I've logged on and done it logged in as myself (domain admin) and it still
didn't work. When I run the MSI by itself (not advertised or with an MST)
and tell it to remove previous versions it does just that.
can anyone suggest why it isn't removing the previous versions.
