Office 2003 installation error

Sorry if this has been asked before...

I had to uninstall Office 2003 (Professional Edition)
after its files somehow got corrupted during an
uninstall/reinstall of Norton Internet Security. When I
tried to reinstall it, I got this message:

Business Contract Mananger requires Outlook 2003. Please
install Outlook 2003 before running setup.

The problem? Outlook 2003 is ON the Office 2003 disk. Any
ideas?

(I am not a technical type person, so set by step
instructions please)

Well, it should be on your harddisk...are you sure that the languages match
