office 2003 license agreement shows up again even after accepting

Need Urgent help..!

I have recently installed office 2003 and started using it after accepting
the license agreement and connecting online to authenticate it. Now,
everytime i open any ms-office 2003 apps. (work/excel/outook), i have to
accept the license agreement before i can use the app.

Any ideas.. how to fix this. ..???

please help.

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office application,
accept the EULA, close the Office application, log off of Windows
as Administrator, and log back in to Windows with your normal
user login.
