Office 2003 Look In Hangs

Hi - When opening a document, and you click on the down arrow on the Look In
field Word, PowerPoint, etc. hangs. One machine after minutes will perform
the action another machine just hangs. Both are WinXP Pro with Office 2003.
If you use the navigation bar on the left, you can browse for the documents.
I have run office detect and repair and this is not resolving the hanging
issue when using the down arrow in the Look In field. Thanks
