Office 2003 MRU across profiles

I have the same problem like "Clinton" posts Sat, 10 Sep 2005, can anyone
help me.

Admins are logging in as themselves.
It only happens to Office 2003 products.

Are these admins logging in using their own IDs that happen to be in the
Administrators group or using the Administrator ID? Are they doing
anything else besides using Office apps? If they run, say, the calculator
applet (calc) from the Start menu's Run facility, does that show up in
every users RunMRU? If so, it's an OS issue, not an Office issue.

I have a problem that if an Admin logs into a terminal server and
uses Office (word, excel etc) there recently used documents show up
for all normal users. Also toolbars etc are reset to std.
