Office 2003 New User Windows Installer Messages

In the facility that I manage, there are 40 library and lab PCs that
are available to 50+ students. Each time a new user logs on to a PC, they
get the messages, "Preparing to install..." and "Please wait while Windows
configures Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003". Is there a way to
set up a default Office profile, after Office has already been installed?
