Office 2003 Picture Manager Produces lousy color-PhotoShop Element

Was experiencing terrible color printing (Photo Paper or Regular) regardless
of printer setup (Epson R300).

Decided to open same photo in Photoshop Elements and it printed perfectly
with same settings on R300.

I ran Detect & Repair which changed nothing. If fix involves registry, that
is not a problem.

Help would be appreciated.
