Office 2003 SB edition volume license install problem

I recently purchased Office SBE through volume licensing and sucessfully
installed it on 2 pc's. Those two pc's had trial versions.

The problem happend when I installed on a 3rd, brand new, clean laptop. The
autostart started and said I couldn't install BCM without outlook being
installed. I can't get any other options to start.

Any ideas?
