I have this problem.
When I place disk 1 of the Office 2003 Professional into
my CD drive up comes the 'Multilingual User Interface
Pack' dialog box. You then have to accept the licensing
agreement and then you get a list of languages you can
install.
For some reason, english is already selected so and the
next button only becomes active if I select another
language, which I don't need.
This seems to be the only way that I can get any further
with the installation. However most of the time the
installation program just seems to close itself and will
not install anything.
Has anyone had this happen to them or know of what I could
try to get the software to install?
