Office 2003 should add the shortcut bar back in the product. I, myself never
use it, but people that are not the computer illiterate and come up throught
the war's with the Microsoft Office products (97, XP, etc) have come to
depend on it. We recently upgraded at work to 2003 and there are a lot of
really ill people.

Use the shortcut bar from a previous version of Office for those who whine
at a particularly bothersome decibel.
