Office 2003 Trial to Professional without losing data

I have downloaded and used the Office 2003 Standard Trial and been using it
for sometime now. My 60-day trial is almost expired, but I want to convert to
Office 2003 Professional edition.

How can I do this without losing all of my data I have created in the trial
(Outlook especially)? Do I just uninstall the trial and install the Pro
edition? Does it ask if I want to keep my existing data? Or do I enter the
Product Key from the purchased Pro edition CD into the designated place when
I do Help, Activate Product (or any of the other methods)? I did not think
this would work because I am going from Standard to Pro.

Please help, my purchasing decision depends on me not losing any data.
