Office 2004 crashes when importing

Just installed 2004 and want to import contacts, rules, etc. from Entourage
X. 2004 crashes every time in click to import. Anyone else experiencing
this?

Quit all office 2004 apps, restart Office vX with the option key held down
and rebuild the database (an advanced rebuild).
