Office 2004 Entourage Schedules

Does anyone know why Entourage 2004 has problems with some accounts
when the Send and Receive All schedule is run? I get the error code
-17900 Command not recognised. If I click on Send & Receive All then
everything works fine. If I wait for the schedule to go off then I get
the error codes but only on two of my email accounts. The same
settings work fine with Office X. Has MS changed the way that schedule
authenticates or contacts the server?

I think that is a bug in the pre-release version. If you get that error and
you haven't run the patcher, massive database (and eventually hard drive)
failure will occur. Of course you read the release notes addendum and
applied the necessary patch to prevent this, right?
