Get a .Mac account with iDisk if you don't have another server. Create a
Project (click Project Center/New), sung your (iDisk or other) server as the
location. Add all your contacts, events (via the "All Events" custom view in
Calendar Area) and tasks to the project and opt to share everything. Have
the other users subscribe to your project. That's how.

I do own server that are internet accessible but how do you access
those from the "Go" menu in the finder? There is no prompt for a
username or password. Does it connect via FTP or something? I find it
hard to believe that keeping my address book and calendar is so
difficult to keep in sync. I do not even really need it in real-time,
just to be able to export both one in awhile and im port into the other
programs. However, when you export contacts from Entourage and then
import into Entourage on another computer, it duplicates what was
already in there and does not recognize if some of the contacts were
already existing. It just creates multiples of the same. Do you know
what I mean?

Thanks
