Office 2004 for MAC/Using Exchange server

Hi,

I have a user with OS-X 10.4 using Entourage (Office 2004 for Mac) connected to our Exchange server. The folders window on the left pane lists "Folders on My Computer" and below that the user name associated with their Exchange account where they normally receive their mail. This user belongs a mail group as well, until recently they have never received mail in the inbox of "Folders on My Computer" Now mail is being directed to both inboxes randomly and becoming quite a headache for this user. I have not been able to find any options to disable the "Folders on My Computer" inbox. Also, the Apple Store was not very helpful either.

Any suggestions?

Check Tools > Rules and Tools > Mailing List Manager.

Thanks Adam, this looks like it may have solved the problem. I will leave this open for a couple days just in case.
