Office 2004 (Mac), Entourage, OSX 10.3.3

This version of Entourage, as compared to the 2003 version, is 100%
SLOWER in loading and especially sending attachments... It took almost 1
minute to send a 600k attachment... in the 2003 version, it would have
taken 10~15 seconds... is there a fix for this??????

By 2003 do you mean X?

Is this reproducible on the same network over several days? Sending
attachments is primarily a function of your network bandwidth, not
Entourage.

Where specifically does Entourage appear to be running slowly?
