Hi,
first of all, are you using a full version of Microsoft Office, or are you
using the Test Drive that came with your system?
If you are using a full version, this means that you did not properly remove
the Test Drive. My suggestion would be to uninstall and then reinstall
Office to get rid of every trace of the Test Drive on your system. To do
this, move the Remove Office application, which you can find in
Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/Remove Office, to your
desktop, then run it. Note that this removal tool will leave your Office
documents and Entourage database intact. After you've done that, reinstall
Office 2004 and run Microsoft AutoUpdate in your Applications folder until
all the updates have been applied. You should then be able to launch
Entourage and use your own name. Also, make sure you switch to Entourage's
address book, select your contact details and click on Contact>This Contact
Is Me. Let us know how everything went.
Hello everyone,
When I send an e-mail the receiver see on the from: not my name but
office 2004 test driver user.
How can I change that? Some of my customer can't see my address and
send it to Junkmail!
