Office 2007 installation options

I need to see a list of all the options that are available when installing
Office 2007 in order to recommend which features to include or exclude for
our corporate SMS package. I have just spent multiple hours surfing the MS
site and have found tons of info, but none listing the features that can be
included or excluded during setup. I'm referring to the screens that a
normal end-user would see when going thru a "custom" installation of Office
2007. Does anyone know where I can find this information? Thanks!
