Office 2007 restarts every time opening outlook onn Vista

Installed Outlook 2007 Ultimate on a new acer vista laptop. No errors or
problems on installation. followed all defaults, computer restarted
everything looks fine until you open outlook and the installation process
starts again, over and over again.
