office 2008 entourage not able to verify msn email account

I have been having alot of problems with being able to set up entourage. It can not verify my msn account so I can not even use this feature of microsoft office.
please help me set this up so that I am able to use it.

What errors are you getting? Is this a paid account? Does MSN have the same
restrictions on the older free accounts that can be downloaded into
Entourage?

The instructions we have for MSN looks pretty simple.

Just checked Entourage 2008 and it looks like you select Window Live Hotmail
from the popup.
