I have Office 2000 Upgrade and just bought a XPHome OS
computer. When I tried to install it on the C: drive it
couldn't find a qualifying product. I have Works on this
new computer. I then tried the D: Drive which is my CD
rom drive and presto it worked. Try every drive you
can. Good Luck
