Office activation should be allowed on multiple computers

C

Christopher

We bought the product, we should be able to use it on any computers in our
household. The Activation scheme and massive price tag is forcing many people
onto admitedly lesser, yet free and easy software such as OpenOffice.

If you want to use Microsoft Office, then you play by their rules. If you
want a multi-license Microsoft Office, check into Students and Teachers
Edition for Microsoft Office System 2003 (3 licenses).

If you want to install an office program with no limits on how many machines
you want to install it on, then go the OpenOffice.org route.

However, demanding that Microsoft change its champagne business practices to
suit your beer budget/taste just ain't going to happen.

hello

Hey Milly,

If Microsoft is concerned about piracy then it should stop selling
digital products and instead should start selling bananas and oranges.
Sale of digital products should be left with companies who are
magnanimous about their outlook and concern for its customers.

What you forget about Uncle Bill is that he was made rich by the success
of WordPerfect and Lotus, the first PC based products that were very
successful to run on MSDOS. Without these products, MSDOS was a dead
duck from start!!

Get this simple facts right.
