office applications to display user details on startup

"I have a terminal server with microsoft office 2003 installed in application
mode. Our auditors require that when the office application starts up it
displays the logged in users name ( ie. %username & Company details)

Details are reviewed open EXAMPLE

Word is open, clicks on file>Properties and the boxes Author and Company
Details are displayed

Theses boxes are to display the user name that is currently logged on, and
the company details.

Is it possible to produce a macro to display a vb message box or some such,
nothing too complicated"
