Office cant find .CAB file

I just got new hard drives because my other one crashed.
Ive been reinstalling windows and all my programs, but
when i try to install office, it cant find the file
YS561401.CAB, and i cant find it either by going through
the CD, or searching the computer. I have the Office 2003
Enterprise Edition which worked fine, until my HDD
crashed. I tried looking online for help, and i found a
couple websites that said to right click on PRO11.msi and
click Install, but when i do that, it wont take my
Product Key. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Ok, the Cabinet file was there, i just had to allow
explorer to show hidden files, and by just double
clicking on Pro11.msi, it took my Product Key, but it
says it cant read L1003.NGR in C:\Program Files\Common
Files\SpeechEngines\Microsoft\SR61\1033.

If anyone else ever has this problem, just make sure the
disk isnt dirty or scratched. Mine was dirty, and as soon
as i wiped it off, it worked fine.
