Office Communicator conversation window background

I have problem with conversation window background. Should be that all
messages have other background color (blue) than mine (white). In my OC all
messages have the same background color (blue). Reinstall nothing helped.

On my installation, it's white. I've seen some third-party skins mentioned
but Microsoft doesn't supply any, to the best of my knowledge.
