office developers edition

Just wondering if there is still an Office Developers
Edition? (for Office 2003 or XP) I think there is for XP
but can't seem to find anything about 2003. If there
isn't, then how can I go about developing apps based on
office? Also, is the VBA the same in 2003 as in previous
editions? I've read somewhere that they were going to
implement a new language (c# for office or something?).
Answers to any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

A: Yes. It is called Access 2003 Developer Extensions.

A: Visual Studio Tools for the MS Office System.
