Office Does Not Send E-mails Out

My Outlook stopped sending e-mails out. They stay in the
Outbox even after I click on the send/receive button.
There is no apparent error message. I can send e-mail
through Outlook Express. I can receive e-mails through
both Express and Outlook. This seemed to have started
after I sent an e-mail to Dell support through their web
page. When I sent that e-mail, it went out through
Outlook Express, not Outlook. I checked the mail settings
and they seem to be okay. I have Optimum online as my
ISP. I am using Outlook 2000. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Try, internet options setting email app to OE, apply, then reset to OL. In
OL run the detect/repair option.
