Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I just finished entering 6 hrs worth of data in to my calender for school in the fall. When I opened Office again all my data was missing that I had entered ( ouch!!! ). I still have my project files on my desktop and I have found all the other work in the trash. How can I get this info back into my calender , projects, entourage etc.???? I hope some one can help! Also how can I help this from happening again.
Thank you.

Entourage expects all your data to be saved in the Microsoft User Data
folder in your Documents folder. Is it still located there?

If so, see if you can get your old identity to show up by choosing Switch
Identity from the Entourage menu.

Yes my data is still located there. However there is only my main identity listed. How do I get this data back into Entourage? I don't recall setting up any other type of identities.

Reply to This Message. Also I tried to import from the entourage archives the main identity but I am unable to click on DATABASE or MAILING LISTS, RULES, SIGNTURES ( in light shade type ) which show up in the entourage archive. I think there is nothing contained in those files, so the import box says that entourage is now importing your data but it just keeps running... Im going to be a freshmen in high school and I want to be prepared! I am afraid to put more time into punching in data on my calender that this may happen again? Help!!!

Let's cover some basics first. Entourage stores it's data in the Microsoft
User Data folder in your Documents folder. If you move this file, Entourage
will create a new blank one.

Using this....did you perhaps move the Microsoft User Data folder or your
Office 2004 Identities folder? If yes, then just move it back.

listed.
Are you sure this is not a blank Identity? Is your Account info entered.

Examples of a blank database
2004 --> 18.1 KB
2008 --> 22.6 MB

Could you send me some screenshot off list so I can see what kind of files
they are? Send me an email:
