The following are supported configurations of Microsoft Office 2003 and
Microsoft Windows:
- English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Office 2003 that is installed on an
English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Windows.
- English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Office 2003 that is installed on a
non-English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Windows.
- Non-English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Office 2003 that is installed on
the same non-English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Windows.
- English (U.S.) version of Microsoft Office 2003 plus a Multilingual User
Interface Pack (MUI) that is installed on the English (U.S.) version of
Microsoft Windows (with the same MUI language).

As I cannot get a clear picture of your scenario, it is hard for me to say
compatible or not. You may check the your configuration and compare it with
instructions in the article 870922, and verify if it is supported.
