For the past several months my appointment reminders have been
displaying with a white bar that runs the entire width of the reminder
and the entire length of the monitor. I cannot access any of the
buttons to dismiss the reminder, but I can Quit Office Notificaitons
from the dock. However, the applications usually just locks up after
this and I then have to force quit it to get it to go away. I also note
that the number displayed in the dock is a long red number that is too
long to display on the icon. I have two machines with the latest
versions of OS X and the most recent Office update (11.2.3) and both
have this problem.
Any ideas? I've searched the net far and wide, but have not found a
solution to this problem. Rebuilding the Entourage database didn't
help.
