Office Professional 2003 should include the toolbar.

Office Professional 2003 does not contain the ability to install the toolbar
that I have enjoyed with older Office versions and I have not found anywhere
that affords the ability to download that specific capability. I am running
Windows XE on a new XPS Dell System. Thank you for your consideration.

Or you could use a Windows toolbar---those are free :0

Seriously though, my users have complained that they didn't like the lack of
a toolbar, but it was actually a lot less than I had originally expected to
be unhappy.
