Office Professional Edition 2003 Set-up

I purchased a new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium preloaded. I am
attempting to install Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 (using a CD)
I cannot get beyond entering the Product Key # from theyellow sticker on the
back of the box. It keeps telling me it is incorrect. What can I do? I notice
there is an icon for a free trial for Office on my desktop which I do not
want since I already purchased the software - could this be part of the
problem why I can't get beyond the product key entry? Any suggestions

Uninstall the trial software first...
