Hi Joanne,
After I choose the Installation I want which I choose "keep all previous
versions" and click on "upgrade" It shows the installation window and it
dies. After failure I receive Microsoft error report and send it to
Microsoft. "The following files will be included in this report" :
C:\documents and settings\dad\locals\temp\setupexe(20060926213931A40).log
which seems to be the date/time etc. Here is the log Joanne:

help you solve the problem. After each failure I delete all temp files

Define "cannot re-install the software". What happens when you try?

MVP Microsoft [Publisher]
in
message I had initially downloaded beta at begining of August did not install it
till
the begining of September. It installed smoothly with about 40 registry
errors which I feel is pretty good considering the size of the program.
I
had
problems opening Word where it froze each time. Eventually I
un-installed
the
software. The problem I have is I cannot re-install the software. I
closed
down all firewalls, ant-virus & antimaleware programs, deleted all temp
files, all references to office 12 in registry though none helped. I
redownloaded when the $1.50 fee was implimented 2x's it didn't matter
(same
product keys) ...the reason why I redownloaded was I thought the keys
may
only be used only on initial install though looking at posts it didn't
seem
the case.I followed Bob Bucklands post on 6/5 though to no avail. I
would
appreciate any help in reinstalling 2007 Beta, it does look promising
though
didn't have a chance to find out how promising. Thanks for your time!
