Office S&T Activated but still requires Trial Key

I activated, verified and everything. Now whenever I want to open Word etc.
it requires the Trial Key info, I put it in and it says it's wrong.

I went through the troubleshooter on this site, I allowed MS to find the PKI
and it said I'm registered in the wrong country, which I know I'm not.

It's frustrating having to keep entering the 25 char # over and over to get
nowhere.

Please help.
