Office Settings across a Citrix Farm

Any way to save settings for Office across a Citrix Farm? For example, if
someone creates a signature in Outlook 2003 and I have three servers in my
Citrix farm, they have to recreate that information 3 times?

To the best of my knowledge, we are using roaming profiles.
