Office Shortcut Bar does not honor layout settings

Did anybody experienced the following problem? I set my Office Shortcut bar
on right side of screen to have Office bar on top, and all the other below
in a specific order. When I reboot the system, the shortcut bar has Office
bar next to last and all the other bars in a different position.

HELP, PLEASE!

There is a misunderstanding. My problem has no relationship with the
necessity to refresh shortcut bar after a change to see modifications.

I try again.

I have a shortcut bar.
In the shortcut bar I have, let's say, four bars: Tools, Office, Graphics,
and Comms.
I change bar order as follows: Office, Comms, Tools, and Graphics
I refresh
I see the new order
I work with bar
Then I shutdown
Shutdown works fine
I reboot
When bar is loaded, I still see Tools, Office, Graphics, and Comms

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The OSB will always reorder itself to be in
alphabetical order in my experience.

I do not understand. I have OSB installed on other computers (all WinXP or
Win2K) and it does NOT reorder according to alphabetic sorting. So I assume
that this depends on some parameter. Maybe the same parameter that sorts
items in Start->Programs menu?

But this is not true in several Win XP system I used! Really on most of
them. So I expect there is a registry key to activate/disactivate such a
behavior. But which one???? HELP!
