I use the Office Shortcut Bar so installed it when I first set up my
computer. Recently I've been having trouble with some of the office apps -
Power Point for example - giving me an error message about trying to access
something that wasn't available and suggesting I reinstall. I went to
"Help" (for Word and PowerPoint and used the "Detect and Repair" selection.
That seemed to work fine and eliminate the problem.
However, I continued having problems with Outlook and decided to try the
same. When I did, it installed a second instance of the Shortcut Bar. How
do I get rid of that? It is in the StartUp group, but only once. Where is
the second instance being launched from, and which do I uninstall and how?
Thanks!
