Office should allow online deactivation

Adobe provides online deactivation for their products, so that you can move
them to another machine and reactivate them. Office products which require
activation should do the same thing. It would make it easier when upgrading
machines, because in the past we have run out of activations just because we
have upgraded and used all the ones we were allowed.

Open an Office Program from the Help Menu | Customer Feedback Options |
Online Content | Uncheck the boxes.

NOTE unchecking the box "Show content and links from Microsoft Online" will
disable the Clips Online button in Clip Organizer. If you use clips online
leave this box checked or you can just type the Microsoft Clipart and Media
content web address in your web browser.

I would suggest that you use the appropriate licensing options available
to you, so that you would not have this issue.
