I always have trouble with configuring the default language in MSOffice
packages. It continually defaults to English (US), especially in Outlook. It
would be really great to have a central language control point, only changing
the language when prompted and only for that session. I have tried to change
the Windows input language as well as continually changing the internal
default in Word and Outlook.
