Office trial OUTLOOK fails to install

I installed office standard but outlook did not install. Outlook refuses to
install. If I try to add it using the installation program, outlook shows as
"not available" when running the installation program.
Outlook is the program that I use the most and the 2007 version did not
install.

Hi Eduardito,

If you have an older verison of MS Office installed you'll need to first set to 'Not Available' the older Outlook version first.
Outlook is the one Office app that doesn't allow multiple versions to be active.

OK - seems a number of people were not aware that Outlook2007 would not
install if Outlook2003 is installed. You state to make it not available.
Can you elaborate on that and tell us how to make it 'not available'?
