Office XP and 2003 Terminal Server....

Are there any know issues with saving Word docs (office XP
SP3) to a 2003 Data Server via a 2003 Terminal Server??
The save icon sits there for ages within Word but if you
copy the text into a Wordpad doc and save it, it does so
instantly.
Any one any ideas?
