THE microsoft Office Shortcut Bar no longer appears on my
machine. Instead, on switching on it tells me that certain
(unspecified) folders are missing therefore the original
Shortcut Bar will not work. However, it offers the
possibility of creating anew custom-made toolbar which I
did and it worked well.
Unfortunately,on switching off, the new toolbar is never
saved and, on switching on, the computer goes through the
same routine just outlined. I have reinstalled the Office
XP programme several times but to no avail. My Operting
system is Windows XP Professional.
Can anyone please help with technical knowledge (I have
very little) to suggest how to:
A)Reinstate the original missing Shortcut Toolbar folders
etc
and/OR
B) Say how to get the programme to save the newly made
Shortcut Toolbar.
Thank you very much for any suggestions that you may have.
