Office XP Product Key

K

Kevin

Hi

I recently ordered replacement CD's for Office XP. I asked our reseller for the open licens
authorization number and the open license agreement number so that I could get a product key in order to install Office XP. After two months he has been unable to get these numbers for me. Is there any other way to get the product key from Microsoft if you do not have either of those pieces of information. IE. The order number or something

Thanks
Kevin.

The only other way to get the numbers is first to start legal proceedings against the retailer. Secondly, if he is a Microsoft Partner then he should be reported.

If you don't have the "order number or something" then clearly you are at fault. The court will require some evidence that you have made a payment to the retailer. The court proceedings is to recover your money from the Retailer and without any form of evidence this cannot be resolved in a civilised world..

You ought to place an Official Order direct to Microsoft. I suggest that you should ring your nearest Microsoft Office by finding the Toll Free number from this list:
