When opening Entourage I encounter the following problem: "This
identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage".
When opening Word or Excel I encounter the following problem: "An
unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework
Library"
I installed the latest updates like Service Pack 2
I really don't know what's going wrong, can anybody help me?
