office97 pro on WinXP

Hi

I have a problem in office97 pro on WinXP with opening a excel 5 format XLS file, the error message is "insufficent of memory" but it is ok in office97 pro on Win98 with opeing the same excel 5 format XLS file.

What's problem here ?

It looks to be some kind of an incompatability between office 97 and XP. Try running excel in Windows 98 Emulation mode.
