OfficeXP SP3 crashing in NT SP6a

Is anyone aware of any crashing issues of this setup?
I have about 15 users all on NT SP6a with OfficeXP SP3. Outlook will close
down, without warning, at various times throughout the day. It will close
when attachments are opened, when a reply to an email is attempted, and it
also closes on it own when it is minimized in the background.
