Offline Address Book Not Available

Hello,

Just got a new laptop for our CEO. He travels a lot
and uses Outlook 2000 from our Exchange 2000 server. He
wants the Offline Address Book to be available when he
uses the laptop offline. It is not appearing in the list
of address books. I've tried going under Tools-

Synchronize->Download Address Book, but it doesn't

appear there either.

Any ideas or suggestions?
