Offline Address Book Question

I have an Exchange 2k box at work, and have created an OAB. An IMAP4
(Outlook 2000) test box on site can download the OAB just fine. At a remote
site, (my home), I have Outlook 2k3 and Outlook 2k2 machines, and when
setting them up as IMAP4, I don't even get the option to download the OAB.
It's not in the Send/Receive menu at all. What am I doing wrong?

You're not configuring them with an Exchange account. The OAB is available only for use with an Exchange account. IMAP users would use LDAP instead.
