I have a laptop that is configured for off-line use (Outlook 2000,
Exchange 2003) but for some reason I am unable to download the Global
Address List for use when not connected the network. I seem remember
the option did appear under Tools, Synchronize, Download Address
Book... Now the drop down list is empty! The Global Address List can
be used fine when on-line. Is this server setting of a corrupt Outlook
installation?
